• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems is strictly prohibited
• Account sale or transfer: Sharing or selling your account to others is strictly prohibited
• Abusive behavior: Misconduct toward customer support or other users is strictly prohibited

An account may be closed in two ways — at the user's own request or VB 52at management's discretion.

Users may close their own account:

• You can request account closure at any time by contacting Customer Support
• Accounts can be temporarily suspended for a set period using the self-exclusion option
• All pending bets must be settled before submitting an account closure request
• Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closing an account

• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to an unexpected technical issue
• Any financial loss resulting from the user's own negligence or error

VB 52 We strive to provide reliable service at all times. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide advance notice in such cases.

In the event that funds are incorrectly credited or winnings are processed due to a technical error VB 52 - reserves the right to recover such funds, even if they have already been withdrawn.
